Microsoft Teams Phone Mobile on EE Business brings Teams calling to your mobile number. Your people can make and receive internal Teams calls and external phone calls via EE Business, using their mobile number or Teams ID, and move between mobile and desktop without dropping calls. If you already use Microsoft Teams, there is no need for additional systems or platforms.

How it works
In Microsoft's terms, Teams Phone Mobile is a connectivity option for Microsoft Teams Phone. A user's company-provided, SIM-enabled mobile number also becomes their Teams phone number, so each user has one business number across their mobile and Teams.
- Answer anywhere. Calls can be made and received on the phone's own dialler or in the Teams app.
- Move calls to Teams. A call can move from the dialler to Teams without dropping, so you can add video, share content or bring in more people.
- One history, one voicemail. Users get combined call history, unified voicemail, Teams presence and caller ID options.
- Choose where calls ring first. By default incoming calls ring the Teams app first; admins can choose the dialler first or let users decide.

What you need
Teams Phone Mobile builds on licences and set-up you may already have:
- A Microsoft Teams Phone licence for each user, alongside a Microsoft Teams licence
- An eligible EE Business mobile connection for each user
- Each user in TeamsOnly mode (the whole organisation does not need to be)
- Existing company mobile numbers added to Teams, or new EE Business numbers
Teams Phone Mobile is for user phone numbers. Auto attendants, call queues and audio conferencing use Teams' other number types, and Teams Phone Mobile runs alongside your other Teams calling options. You can roll it out to selected users first.
