In short
A business mobile contract puts your organisation's mobile lines on a business account, with plans, spend controls and management tools built for teams rather than individuals. Forever Communications supplies EE Business and Three Business, and can also supply O2 Business and Vodafone Business. We focus on getting your airtime costs down, so you can buy phones separately and choose when to refresh them, and we help with eSIM, device management and 5G.

What a business mobile contract covers
A business mobile contract is more than a phone and a monthly bill. It puts every line your organisation uses on one business account, so you can add and remove people, control spend and manage the devices themselves. Most businesses end up dealing with some or all of these:
- Contracts: airtime for every line on one business account over a fixed term, explained on our business mobile phone contracts page
- Plans and data: voice and data plans, shared data and data-only options, covered in business mobile phone plans
- Devices: iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and other Android phones, tablets and rugged options, in our guide to mobile phones for business
- Device management: enrolment, security policies, apps and remote wipe through mobile device management software
- 5G and mobile broadband: 5G for business, portable hotspots and business data SIMs for laptops, tablets and routers
- Travel and coverage: business roaming for staff abroad and business mobile coverage checks for where your people actually work
Our sister site also covers business SIM only plans.
Networks we supply
The networks we can supply
Forever Communications supplies EE Business and Three Business, and can also supply O2 Business and Vodafone Business. Each network has its own strengths, account tools and product range, so we describe them separately here and in more depth on each network page. The right choice depends on coverage where your people work, the devices you use and the services you need around the network. Our guide to business mobile phone providers explains how to weigh that up.
EE Business
EE Business is part of BT Group. It calls its 5G Standalone network 5G+, and it offers business spend caps, eSIM, Wi-Fi Calling, device enrolment and management and the Mobile Manager account tool. With EE Business connections we can also supply Jamf, Ivanti, Microsoft Teams Phone Mobile and Mobile Voice Recording. Read more on our EE Business mobile phones page.
Three Business
Three Business sells 5G-ready SIM plans, data SIMs and eSIM, including Three Business Dynamic, a multi-connection plan with unlimited minutes, texts and UK data for every user. Its business services include Three Analyst bill analytics, Three Mobile Protect for up to 25 devices, Three Device Management for larger fleets (powered by Ivanti) and Go Roam roaming in over 160 destinations. See our Three Business page.
Three's small print: "Roaming in the Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man is excluded from the daily charge. Unlimited data, minutes and texts are UK only, our fair use policies apply in Go Roam destinations. See our current price guide for full details."
O2 Business
Since April 2026, O2 Business has been the name of the business created when the network's business division merged with Daisy Group in August 2025. It offers a satellite-to-mobile service that lets compatible smartphones use messaging, location sharing and maps in places without normal signal, alongside IoT and device management services. We can also supply O2 Business; read more on our O2 Business mobile phones page.
Vodafone Business
Vodafone Business calls its 5G Standalone network 5G+, and its range includes the SuperMobile for Business plan for small firms, the GigaCube 5G router, and 5G+ Slicing and Mobile Private Networks for larger organisations. We can also supply Vodafone Business; see our Vodafone Business mobile phones page.
How Forever Communications helps
Buying business mobiles direct from a network works well if you already know exactly what you want. Most organisations are weighing up coverage, devices, data needs, security and contract terms at the same time, and that is where a supplier who works across networks is useful. We can:
- Work out what you need: count lines and devices, look at how your team uses data and spot lines nobody uses
- Check coverage first: use each network's own coverage checker for your sites and the places your people travel
- Quote on more than one network: we supply EE Business and Three Business, and can also supply O2 Business and Vodafone Business, so you see real options
- Bring airtime costs down: we focus on the airtime, so you can buy phones separately, outright or through your usual procurement, which can save a lot of money and lets you choose when to refresh them
- Plan the switch: keep your existing numbers with PAC codes and time the move around your current contract
- Set up devices properly: eSIM, zero-touch enrolment and device management so phones arrive ready to use
- Help after go-live: adding and removing lines, moving people between plans and reviewing usage as your business changes
Pricing depends on the network, the number of lines, the plans and the term you choose, so ask us for a quote. Contact us with a rough idea of your team and we will suggest where to start.
Need help choosing?
We will recommend what fits your organisation and explain why, in plain English.
What to know before you ask for a quote
You do not need everything worked out before you get in touch, but a few answers make quotes faster and more accurate:
- How many lines: phone lines, data-only devices and any lines you might add in the next year
- Current contracts: which network you are on now, who holds each contract and when each one ends
- Where people work: office and site postcodes, regular routes and any places with known poor signal
- Devices: the phones your team uses now or plans to buy, such as iPhone, Samsung Galaxy or other Android phones, so we can check they work with the plans
- Usage: a recent bill or usage report, so plans can be sized on evidence rather than guesswork
- Travel: which countries staff visit and how often
- Security: whether you already use device management, and whether staff use their own phones for work
If you are not sure about some of these, that is fine. Part of our job is helping you find the answers, for example by reviewing your current bills to see which lines are used and which are not.
Keeping business phones secure
A phone holds email, files, customer details and sign-in apps, so a lost or compromised handset is a business risk, not just a replacement cost. Good practice is the same whatever network you choose: screen locks, prompt security updates, a way to find and wipe lost devices, and controls over which apps can reach company data.
Device management is the foundation, and mobile threat defence protects the phone itself. We supply both: device management such as IBM MaaS360 and Sophos Mobile, and mobile threat defence from Check Point, CrowdStrike, Lookout, ThreatDown, Bitdefender, Trend Micro and WatchGuard. See mobile device management and mobile security for the full range. If you are working towards Cyber Essentials, see how it treats BYOD and home working, because phones that access company data can fall into scope.
Phones, eSIM and work numbers
Choosing phones is a separate decision from the airtime. Buying them separately lets you pick the right phone for each role and refresh it on your own timetable. Our guides cover business iPhone fleets, Samsung business phones and how to choose the best phone for business use, with criteria such as security update support, device management and battery life rather than a league table.
Business eSIM lets you activate a line without posting a physical SIM, which suits remote starters and dual-SIM phones that carry a work number alongside a personal one. If you want to separate work and personal calls, our guide to getting a business mobile number explains the options, including keeping an existing number when you switch.
Company phones, policy and tax
Once you hand phones to staff, you need a process around them. Our company mobile phones guide covers who gets a phone, multi-line accounts, spend caps, joiners and leavers, and when bring-your-own-device makes sense. Pair it with a written company mobile phone policy so everyone knows the rules on personal use, security and lost devices.
Tax matters too. HMRC treats one phone per employee differently from extra phones or phones on the employee's own contract, so read are company mobile phones a benefit in kind? before you decide how to set things up. If you are wondering whether a business account is worth it at all, our guide to business vs personal mobile contracts sets out the differences.
Where Forever Group fits
Forever Communications is part of Forever Group, which also looks after business phone lines, connectivity and cloud phone systems on cloudphone.cloud. Bringing mobiles into the same conversation can make it easier to see your whole telecoms spend, and Forever Group's telecoms cost reduction service looks at exactly that.
Forever Group's main site also has its own business mobile pages, including pages for EE Business contracts. This site is the place for guides, network explainers and planning help; whichever you start from, contact us and we will pick it up.

Frequently asked questions
What is a business mobile contract?
It is an agreement for mobile lines held by a business rather than an individual. Lines sit on one business account with business plans, spend controls, account management tools and, usually, prices shown excluding VAT.
Which networks can you supply?
Forever Communications supplies EE Business and Three Business, and can also supply O2 Business and Vodafone Business. We describe each one on its own page and help you choose based on coverage where you work, devices and the services you need.
Can I keep my existing mobile numbers?
Yes. Text PAC to 65075 from each number to get a Porting Authorisation Code, which is valid for 30 days, and give it to the new network when you switch. On business accounts the account holder may need to request the codes.
Do you sell SIM only business plans?
Yes, through our sister site business-sim-only.uk, which covers business SIM only plans.
How much does a business mobile contract cost?
It depends on the network, the number of lines, the plans and the contract term. Ask us for a quote and we will set out the options on the networks that suit you.
