Three Business sizes its security services by fleet:

Many businesses combine them: Three Analyst for the finance view, and either Three Mobile Protect or Three Device Management for the devices themselves.

Three Mobile Protect

Three Mobile Protect, powered by Corrata, helps protect your team's Android and iOS devices from phishing and malware, in the office or working remotely. It also lets you set data caps and manage non-work apps and content.

Points worth knowing:

• Runs on the device. Protection runs on the phone itself and is designed to respect employee privacy.
• No minimum order value. It suits small teams, up to 25 devices.
• Works with Three Business mobile plans. It can be added to existing or new Three Business mobile plans, including on your own devices with a Three SIM.

Three Device Management

Three Device Management is Three's cloud-based mobile device management, powered by Ivanti, for businesses with more than 25 devices. From one platform you can onboard devices, install apps, configure settings, and control who can access devices and business data.

It comes as Standard, Secure and Premium add-ons:

• Standard covers iOS and Android device management.
• Secure and Premium add options such as secure email, remote support (with the user's permission), per-app VPN, BYOD work and personal separation, and push multi-factor authentication.
• Wider operating system support comes on higher tiers, confirmed at quote.

Three Analyst

Three Analyst is Three's online bill analytics tool. It gives insight into your billed usage and spend, with reports you can customise, save and export.

• Standard gives an overview of spend and usage, with emailed bill summaries.
• Advanced adds user-level analytics, scheduled reports and unlimited exports.

Three Analyst is included with Three Business Dynamic plans (Standard or Advanced, depending on the plan) and is available as an add-on on selected Three Business plans. You can upgrade from Standard to Advanced.

Spend Caps and the Spend Limit

Alongside these services, every Three Business account has spend controls:

• Spend Caps. A Spend Cap limits each user's out-of-bundle spending, such as premium-rate or international calls and roaming, including Go Roam daily charges. It is managed in the Three Business online account and can be changed as often as you like, and users get a text when a limit is reached.
• Spend Limit. A separate Spend Limit on third-party payments (premium-rate services, shortcodes and Three Pay) is required by the Payment Services Regulation 2017.
