What Three Business Dynamic is

Three Business Dynamic is a Three Business plan built for teams rather than single lines. Instead of choosing an allowance for each person, every user on the plan gets unlimited minutes, texts and UK data, so nobody runs short and nobody needs moving between tariffs as their usage changes.

Dynamic comes in seven sizes, named after the number of connections each allows:

What every Dynamic user gets

Every connection on a Dynamic plan comes with the same core features:

• Unlimited minutes, texts and UK data. One allowance for everyone, so you can plan costs per user rather than per tariff.
• Go Roam in Europe. Users can take their allowance to Go Roam in Europe destinations, subject to Three's roaming fair use policy.
• Three Analyst. Bill analytics for billed usage and spend across the plan: Standard on Dynamic 25 and Advanced on Dynamic 50 to 250.
• 5G-ready SIMs. Use 5G wherever Three has 5G coverage and your devices support it.
• eSIM. All Three Business plans are eSIM compatible on devices that support eSIM, which suits remote starters and new phones.
• Spend Caps. Set a cap on each user's out-of-bundle spending, such as premium-rate numbers and international calls.

Three Analyst on Dynamic

Three Analyst is Three's online bill analytics tool. It gives insight into your billed usage and spend, with reports you can customise, save and export.

• Standard (Dynamic 25) gives an overview of spend and usage, with emailed bill summaries.
• Advanced (Dynamic 50 to 250) adds user-level analytics, scheduled reports and unlimited exports.

For a finance team, that means you can see which users roam, which lines are quiet and how usage changes as the team grows, all from billed data. Moving your team to Dynamic

Moving a team onto Dynamic follows the usual switching process, and you can keep your existing numbers:

1. Tell us how many users you have now, how many you expect to add, where they work and where they travel
2. Check Three's 4G and 5G coverage at your main sites and test indoors where it matters
3. Choose the Dynamic size and decide which users get eSIM and which get a physical SIM
4. Text PAC to 65075 from each number you want to keep and pass the codes to us with the order
5. Set Spend Caps, Three Analyst reporting and device enrolment before the switch date
